Jen is in my opinion the best coach you could ever ask for. The knowledge, the support and the lifelong skills she has been able to provide for me is priceless. Before I met Jen I was all about the fad diets, misinformed about how much cardio I needed to do and my nutrition and habits in life were not ideal. I am now able to think of food as a way to fuel my body instead of labelling food ‘good’ or ‘bad’.
Jen is more than just a coach in my eyes — she’s a lifelong friend I am forever grateful to have met.

Finding Jen completely changed my perception of health. I had finally found someone who was an advocate for women eating and training in a sustainable, holistic way. My journey was no longer about physical appearance, rather how I felt. It became about honouring my body’s needs rather than overriding them to become lean. My relationship with food has changed astronomically. I now look at foods holistically and respond to how they make me feel, rather than avoiding “bad” foods like the plague. My hunger and satiety cues have returned after losing them through years of crash dieting. I have begun to trust my own body to tell me what I need, rather than relying on social media and diet trends to guide me.
Jen has never made my journey a matter of how I looked, but rather healing my body and feeling my best. As a result, I have grown to love and appreciate my physical appearance. I can never thank Jen enough for how much she has helped me, and I’m so excited to continue my journey with her!

I didn’t end up doing that comp and I’m glad I didn’t because I spent the next 2-3 years fixing the damage I had done (I had major issues with my gut and hormones). Fast forward 3 years and I got in touch with her again to help me lose a few kgs prior to my wedding, mainly because the weight/physique wouldn’t change with what I was doing and she helped me get in the best shape I’d ever been in (so far😉).
Jen helped me change my entire outlook on training and nutrition. I used to have an all or nothing approach and would beat myself up if I didn’t achieve what I’d set out to do. Jen really helped me understand that less is definitely more when it comes to training.
When I contacted her to help me improve my physique for my wedding, I was overtraining and doing way too much HIIT. I felt tired and exhausted a lot even though I had been increasing my calories (on my own). I was really worried when she said to cut out cardio and scale back training (not what you think you’d hear when you want to lose body fat) but I trusted her (since my approach clearly wasn’t getting me results) and after a few months, I saw noticeable differences not only in my physique but also in my energy levels and mood…
When I first started with Jen she was so positive! She listened to the history and told me that she was confident she could get me doing all the exercises I wanted to do, and more. With her patience, encouragement and advice (including through a 3 month period where I could hardly train at all) I am now hitting PBs in exercises that I was told I could ‘never’ do, and I am closer than ever to reaching goals that I have held for many years.


I have since competed in 5 local ICN shows and 2 ICN Nationals with Jen guiding me every step of the way. With each show, I looked the best I ever had aesthetically. Along the way I have earned multiple first places, 2 x State titles and the Australian National title! ICN Nationals Overall Figure Champion!
Our partnership also accomplished every competitive bodybuilders lifelong dream. I recently won my PRO card and I couldn’t have done it without Jen’s attention to detail with her invaluable adjustments that prepared my physique to the very best I could achieve.
I started working with Jen in 2016 when I wanted to start competing in bikini comps. Jen got me in an amazing condition through nutrition and weights training. But she is so much more than that. The things Jen has taught me have significantly improved my life.
Jen has helped me to understand eating more food is needed to fuel your body and mind, lifting weights makes you strong, confident and builds muscle (I was previously on low calories and most of my exercise was HIIT/cardio).
She has worked with me to improve my self-confidence, body image issues, my relationship with food and my mental health. I have never been happier, more confident, and healthier in my life and I owe this to what Jen has taught me. Jen is so special and one of a kind as she cares so deeply about her clients, supports them 100% and always puts her clients first in terms of their physical/mental/emotional health.
I still work with Jen and will continue to – we not only work towards losing weight, most of the time it’s maintaining a healthy weight for my body, building muscle, building strength, building self-confidence all of which Jen has supported me through. Her knowledge and friendship is something I will always treasure – I could not recommend her as a coach/mentor enough – whatever your health goals/needs may be.


When I first started out, I used to believe that results would come from restricting my calories to 1200 or less, with NO carbs and a bunch of cardio. (The more cardio, the better.)
It’s been 2 years since I started working with Jen and I now look at things completely differently: The more food, the higher the carbs and the less cardio — the more positive changes I see in my body. I know now you have to feed your body to feed your training.
What I’ve learned from Jen is more than any course could have delivered. I have learned the importance food, training, taking care of your body and how it all comes together. I have learned that this is crucial to give you that balance of a healthy, happy life we all desire, while achieving the body we aspire to have without feeling like you’re on a ‘diet’ and spending hours on a treadmill.
My biggest achievement was placing 2nd in an international Body Building comp. For me getting strong has always been a goal and now I can lift over my body weight (if not double) in my bench press, squat and deadlift. And I actually LOOK like I train now. Being a trainer myself, I know for sure Jen is the most holistically educated trainer out there with such a genuine caring nature.
I started with Jen in 2017 off a recommendation from another PT. I am in my 40’s and have always enjoyed lifting weights, renovating and landscaping with my husband but was regularly hurting my back (more than likely due to bad form, week hamstrings and a vertebral wedge issue) even gardening was a painful task.
Learning correct technique, strengthening my hamstrings and increasing the weight slowly has me lifting PB’s, gardening all day, mixing concrete, and shoveling dirt with confidence and no pain. Thank you Jen!!

Jen has literally changed my life!! She has helped me to transform from the inside out, by working on my mindset, and tackling my self-sabotaging habits and emotions. So I started with Jen with quite a number of goals in mind— I wanted a healthy balanced life-style, a positive connection with food without restrictions, to support my gut health, balance hormones, and find discipline and consistency.
Body-wise, I wanted to look at myself at the mirror and like of what I`m seeing – this involved feeling good, as well as rebuilding my body – losing fat and building muscle. I follow a pescatarian diet, so wanted to learn how to do this on my current duet preference and understand how nutrition works in my body.
I`ve learned that it`s ok if I eat something that is not on my meal plan or diet one day, because I`m on holidays or an especial occasion or just because I wanted to eat that day. It won’t ruin my plan or routine. I’ve learned consistency and discipline, as well as patience and trusting in the process (this is key!)

I first decided to consult Jen after getting engaged. I had already been on a long health journey and realised I needed help from someone rather than continuing to try and figure it out on my own if I wanted to see real results.
I had a long history of trying different diets and exercise including yoga, cross fit, body step and body pump classes paired with low carb, intermittent fasting, no dairy and low-fat style diets. Despite trying all these methods I never saw any real changes in my body or fitness levels. Further, I was always hungry, prone to binge eating on the weekends and would often exacerbate old injuries. I felt confused about the amount of information available online which was all so contradictory.
After meeting with Jen, I learnt more about meal prepping, macros, nutrition, and the human body than I ever anticipated. One of the most important things I’ve learnt is how to exercise in the gym. I no longer get injured or exacerbate old injuries which has been a massive win for my overall mental health – it has allowed me to keep working out and pushing myself without fear. I feel empowered about what I eat so that I can make better choices. I’ve never eaten so healthy or been so strong in my life.

At this point, I was introduced to Jen. When I first met Jen, I sat roughly around 76kg and thought I had built some decent muscle. When I look back to who I was in the beginning, there have been drastic changes not only physically, but mentally as well. Physically I weigh less, but I have so much more muscle and I LOVE the way my body looks and how it feels. I am definitely more in tune with my body’s needs…
