Personal training has always been central to Wildly Strong — it’s where this work began over 20 years ago.

My passion for supporting women’s health and wellbeing started early in life and has evolved into a holistic approach that includes personal training, nutrition, weight‑loss support and naturopathic support for women Australia‑wide.

After years of building a strong presence in Canberra, I made the move to the Gold Coast in 2025. I entrusted my Canberra clients to Emily, whose integrity, passion and skill have not only met but exceeded expectations, both for myself and for the women we support.

I train clients from an exclusive, full-equipped studio in Nerang, catering to women across the Gold Coast region who value privacy and elite clinical expertise.

Training Sessions Are TAILORED AND HOLISTIC:

Nervous System Aware

I don't push you beyond healthy limits or leave you unable to walk for days. I build sessions which build capacity in your body and nervous system and increase body confidence and composition. 

Technique Focussed

Technique is key to building a strong, healthy body in the long term. I teach you foundational movement patterns and advanced exercises so you feel confident training without me in the long-term. 

Muscle-Centric

Without muscle, metabolic health, brain health and body composition can become compromised. Training sessions are created to optimise muscle gains and increase strength over time. 

A Holistic Approach

I bring an understanding of holistic health and the nervous system into every session. This creates a training environment that feels supportive and tailored while supporting strength gains.

 

Intake & Investment

 

  • STUDIO PACKAGES: To ensure sustainable, clinical-level results, all new local intake is structured in dedicated 6-week and 12-week Private Studio Transformation Blocks.

  • ALL-INCLUSIVE: Your customised strength programming, private studio access, and foundational lifestyle packages are fully wrapped into your block investment.

  • SCHEDULE: Sessions are conducted during weekdays ONLY. Entry into the private studio is strictly capped and by appointment only.

  • CLINICAL SEPARATION: Deep-dive health or metabolism reviews, complex health conditions, or naturopathic prescriptions are handled outside of fitness coaching and require a separate Initial Naturopathic Consultation.
