Hi, I'm JEN!

And I founded Wildly Strong back in 2013

 Personal training has always been central to my holistic health coaching business, it’s where I started over 20 years ago.

My passion for supporting women’s health and wellbeing started early in life and has evolved into a holistic approach that includes personal training, nutrition, weight‑loss support and naturopathic support for women Australia‑wide.

After years of booked-out sessions in Canberra, I made the move to the Gold Coast in 2025. I entrusted my Canberra clients to Emily, whose integrity, passion and skill have exceeded expectations, both for myself and for the women we support.

Emily brings over a decade of experience in health and fitness, with a strong focus on strength training and body recomposition.

Joining Wildly Strong in 2025, Emily has continued to support women with compassion, precision and exceptional results.

Her work spans strength and mobility training alongside holistic health and healing practices, including sound healing and Reiki.

With a deeply integrated approach to women’s wellbeing, Emily supports both physical strength and overall balance. She is based at Reset Strength & Recovery Centre in Fyshwick, Canberra, where she trains women in a supportive, grounded environment.

Training Sessions Are TAILORED AND HOLISTIC:

Nervous System Aware

You won't be pushed beyond healthy limits or left unable to walk for days. Sessions are created to protect your nervous system, build capacity and increase your body confidence, so you can live your life and get stronger at the same time. 

Technique Focussed

Technique is key to building a strong, healthy body in the long term. Emily will teach you foundational movement patterns and advanced exercises so you feel confident training without her in the long run. 

Muscle-Centric

Without muscle, metabolic health, brain health and body composition can become compromised. Training sessions are created to optimise muscle gains and increase strength over time. 

A Holistic Approach

Emily brings an understanding of holistic health and the nervous system to every session. She provides a safe, compassionate and supportive environment whilst supporting strength gains.

PRICING: Emily = $110/hour.

PACKAGES: Bulk sessions are available by request and session discounts are offered in these instances

SESSIONS are conducted during weekdays ONLY.

 For BODY TRANSFORMATION or WEIGHT LOSS goals, packages are tailored accordingly. Training is conducted in-person by Emily in Canberra, with Jen managing the overall transformation process online.

 

TRAINING PROGRAMS: Offered for all clients at an extra cost.

Located inside the Reset Strength & Recovery Centre in Fyshwick, our private training space offers a grounded, intimidation-free environment. The studio is easily accessible for women seeking high-level 1:1 personal training across Canberra, including Kingston, Griffith, Narrabundah, Jerrabomberra, and Queanbeyan.
