I’ve spent 20+ years helping women build strong bodies and calmer nervous systems with strength, nourishment, and safety at the centre. I’ve lived through the burnout and confusion — and rebuilt from the inside out.

I've personally trained women from all over Australia in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and body transformation. It is what I was known for, before became a holistic health practitioner.
