Detailed Assessment
Here, we assess exactly where you are today. We’ll discuss your past experiences, previous weight loss attempts, health challenges, and lifestyle. Together, we will build a tailored, realistic plan that fits perfectly within your lifestyle and constraints.
Guided Implementation
Time to put the plan into action! You’ll implement your personalised nutrition and training recommendations (where applicable) with my full support. We’ll keep you accountable with weekly email check-ins and fortnightly Zoom coaching sessions to navigate roadblocks and celebrate wins.
Mastery & Independence
This is where you take the reins. As we work through the process week-by-week, you’ll gain access to simple, bite-sized nutritional education via my online platform. You won’t just lose the weight; you'll master the skills needed to keep it off for the long term.

Weight Loss & Body Transformation Coaching Packages
Weight loss/body transformation goals are involved processes and most often involved overhauling not only food and exercise, but mindset and emotional factors as well - it will take time to reach your goal weight (and keep it off!). All packages include everything you need tailored to your specific goal and challenges, including zoom meetings, weekly email check-ins and ongoing troubleshooting support.
Prices are transparent and non-negotiable. If you pay upfront for 3+ months, you'll receive a 10% discount. Generally speaking, for weight loss goals that exceed 6 months coaching, costs will be lowered ongoing according to support requirements.
Integrated Food & Identity Strategy (Online)

For women who already have an established training routine (or work with a local PT) but want an elite, data-driven strategy to master nutrition, eliminate food noise, and dismantle subconscious loops.
