This hybrid model combines training, food guidance, checkâins, and deeper integrative work where needed. Itâs designed for women who are ready to take their time, eat enough, regulate their system, and rebuild their health from the inside out.

We explore the intersection of your physiology, nervous system, emotional patterns, and identity so you can understand whatâs actually happening in your system and what needs to shift for you to feel grounded, regulated, and at home in your body.

I bring two decades of experience with 1:1 personal training that spans across various strength sports, conditioning, bodybuilding and general populations. Emily brings her own unique expertise and is mentored under Wildly Strong.
