I first started working with Jen in 2019 for personal training, and I’ve continued seeing her ever since — which probably says everything in itself.

Initially, my goal was to build muscle while still feeling feminine in my body, and Jen completely understood that balance. She helped me become significantly stronger and more confident without taking a one-size-fits-all approach to women’s health or fitness.

What I’ve really valued over the years is how holistic her support is. Beyond PT, she has helped me with nutrition, supplements and vitamins, interpreting blood tests, and navigating injury recovery when I’ve hurt myself outside of training. I’ve also seen her for Reiki and other reprogramming work, and completed her “Coming Home to the Body” course, which was incredibly impactful.

Jen has a very grounded and intuitive approach. She is knowledgeable without being dogmatic, supportive without being pushy, and genuinely takes the time to understand the individual person in front of her. I always leave sessions feeling more connected to my body, more informed, and more empowered in my health.
