Jen has trained me for close to ten years, and she has helped me in ways no one else ever has. I first came to her with a back injury after being told by multiple other trainers that I would never squat or deadlift again. Jen immediately called that out as rubbish — and she was right. Within two years, I hit my squat goal, my back injury had significantly improved, and I was deadlifting with ease. I’m now the strongest I’ve ever been and continue to hit new goals. She has also helped me work through my fear barrier around squatting.

Jen has a deep, extensive understanding of the body — especially women’s physiology and the unique challenges women often face in training. Her knowledge is remarkable, and her problem‑solving is thoughtful, precise, and grounded in real expertise.
