I love Jen’s outlook and broader approach to health. Her methods are successful because they are sustainable and informed by extensive real life experience.

When I first started training with Jen in 2019 my main goal was to improve my overall strength and fitness. Jen helped me to find the right balance of exercise and macros (food split/income) based on what I enjoy, what my body likes and what fits best into my lifestyle. I have worked with other trainers before, but never managed to stick to the program or see results. With Jen I have done both - because she actually listens and has provided me with a tailored whole-lifestyle-plan based on my needs - not just what would be easiest for her or best to post on Instagram.

Fast forward almost 2 years and I am a stronger, healthier, happier (and hotter!) version of myself. My posture has improved, my diet is more varied, I have more energy and a much more positive outlook. Jen has taught me the value of leading a healthy life from the outset instead of using exercise and diet as a way to ‘fix’ sedentary and convenient habits.

I am achieving so much more than I could have imagined and can’t imagine ever training with anyone else!
