I started working with Jen in 2016 when I wanted to start competing in bikini comps. Jen got me in an amazing condition through nutrition and weights training. But she is so much more than that. The things Jen has taught me have significantly improved my life.
Jen has helped me to understand eating more food is needed to fuel your body and mind, lifting weights makes you strong, confident and builds muscle (I was previously on low calories and most of my exercise was HIIT/cardio).

She has worked with me to improve my self-confidence, body image issues, my relationship with food and my mental health. I have never been happier, more confident, and healthier in my life and I owe this to what Jen has taught me. Jen is so special and one of a kind as she cares so deeply about her clients, supports them 100% and always puts her clients first in terms of their physical/mental/emotional health.
I still work with Jen and will continue to – we not only work towards losing weight, most of the time it’s maintaining a healthy weight for my body, building muscle, building strength, building self-confidence all of which Jen has supported me through. Her knowledge and friendship is something I will always treasure – I could not recommend her as a coach/mentor enough – whatever your health goals/needs may be.
