I have been training with Jen for many years now as I know she is the best in the business and has an understanding of how to support females like no other. During this time Jen has taught me so much about holistic health - the importance of having balance and being health mentally, physically and emotionally. She really helped me to implement a better lifestyle and way of living.

I have come to see that little things like stress can really affect us as females when we are training, and may mean that we don't progress as quickly as 'instamodels' would tell us we should. But Jen helps you to see and understand reality, and build a sustainable and balanced approach to dieting, exercise and life that means you will be able to maintain any of the progress that you make long term.

Recently I had my second baby. Throughout life I have been bombarded with the feedback from society that children 'ruin your body' and that it's impossible to lose weight the more children you have. I was fearful post baby and didn't want to hate my body but found myself doing so. I tried working with a few other professionals but found myself back in Jen's hands because there is no other like her.

She's trusted and capable, and I knew that she would help me feel fitter, healthier and able to look at myself in the mirror again. I wasn't wrong. Since starting my training again with Jen six month ago, I have become so much fitter and happier but also mentally stronger. This is because Jen helps to break down the mental barriers that hold you back from becoming truly fit and healthy. She has a unique ability to push you but also be gentle when needed. She also helps you to understand what realistic progress looks like which I love about her.

I count my lucky stars that I met Jen and she agreed to train me. I am mentally, physically and emotionally stronger because of her. An angel in human form.
