From 12 Sessions Per Week to 5 - Hayley's Transformation: Case Study

I met Hayley over 10 years ago. She had been training twice per day for years and never saw any changes in her body. In fact, she was feeling pretty average instead. 

I immediately cut her training routine in half, replacing classes and cardio sessions with 4 strength-based workouts and some short cardio sessions to fill in the time. It wasn't long before she felt incredible, and asked to remove those cardio sessions all-together. 

We spent another few years working together, improving her physique through weight training, minimum cardio, and by pushing as many calories in as we could. This is what you need to do if you want to build a strong and lean body.

By then, Hayley looked like a completely different woman! 

When it comes to transformation, patience, dedication and hard work coupled with good nutrition, strength training and a long-term focus are key to bringing about awesome results

 For anyone interested in fat loss, if your aim is body transformation and you are also lifting weights, make sure you use something other than just scale weight to track your progress because despite being the same weight, she looks totally different.

If you want to transform your body, you really need to stop relying on scale weight.

Hayley went on to compete in three competition seasons over those years won two overall titles in ANB and INBA. She is an amazing client and athlete, and I love sharing real-world examples like this with you.
